OMG Barely anything is coming out!
I know I've posted about my supply dipping before but this is out of control and I'm so freaked out Colin will wean early due to lack of milk. I used to pump about 24oz/day. Now I'm getting like 9 - if that. W TTTT FFFFF??
I don't know what else I can do. I pump 4x day on work days. Once on non-work days.
I drink TONS of water. TONS.
I eat oatmeal. Take fenugreek.
I just don't understand what is going on. And it's a bad cycle - I know stress affects milk, but it stresses me that my supply is so low!! 
This is really upsetting me. He's 7 months this weekend. I want to get to at least a year - if not longer.

Sounds like AF is on the way...  If that's the case your supply should be back to normal in a few days once AF actually arrives.

how is he when you nurse?
I know you are upset, but as long as he's full when he is ON the boob and if I recall you have an IMPRESSIVE freezer stash, you should be able to make it through.
it is a constant battle with me and my supply when I pump. but luce always is content when I nurse him...so even though I don't pump enough to feed him, there IS milk there when he feeds, KWIM?

That is what i initially assumed but it is down for 3 wks now. I know with ryan, AF would screw up my supply for 5 days tops.
I would be thrilled to get AF now - just so i would have an explanation for this

I just spent the first 20 mins of my train ride trying to calculate if my supply will get me thru the next 22 wks til his first bday. I think i can make it IF it doesnt go down anymore, but the trend doesnt seem promising ...
I think he will have to have water in his cereal for the time being so i can preserve every ounce for bottles
