We have been watiing for a week for our application, etc to be approved for a new rental out here in Rhode Island! It is a townhosue---1,237 square feet! It is beatuiful!!!! We would be paying 100 dollars less a month than what we pay now!
The Realtor just called and said all he is wiating for is the landlord to sign the paperwork and itwill be ours September 1st!
I am sooo exciited I could SCREAM!!!!

Re: OMG!
That sounds awesome. I love New England and would move there in a heartbeat if my family weren't down here.
Hope it goes smoothly for you! Congrats!
