I weighed myself this morning and was 138!! I have not weighed this since HS, except for last December when I had the stomach flu Chat Icon Of course when I started feeling better I went up again in weight.

But this time I've just been exercising and watching what i eat, so I hope it stays off and I've broken my plateau!!

YAYYY thats awesome! Just keep doing what your doing and the weight should stay off and keep dropping slowly. Thats the best way to do it! Congrats!

I'm doing the couch to 5k program and trying to do it 3 days a week now that I have more time in my schedule.

I also do free weights in the morning 3x a week.
