O.M.G.
I weighed myself this morning and was 138!! I have not weighed this since HS, except for last December when I had the stomach flu Of course when I started feeling better I went up again in weight.
But this time I've just been exercising and watching what i eat, so I hope it stays off and I've broken my plateau!!
Any tips for keeping the momentum going?

YAYYY thats awesome! Just keep doing what your doing and the weight should stay off and keep dropping slowly. Thats the best way to do it! Congrats!

Congrats! Are you working out! Keep working out or take a walk during lunch time in addition to your workout! That will help you keep going!

I'm doing the couch to 5k program and trying to do it 3 days a week now that I have more time in my schedule.
I also do free weights in the morning 3x a week.
