Old Navy maternity
If you order something from old navy maternity, does anyone know if the shipping on the return is free?
I know they put a UPS label in there, but is it?

I think you can return it to a store, like at the Gap. Not sure though about shipping.

Yeah I don't have an old navy store close to me, just the outlet which i know won't take it.

The store in Riverhead is a regular store now...they take returns. And if you use the enclosed label, they charge you $5--or rather take it off your return price.

I thought the return shipping was free...it should say on the website.
I just looked...it says free returns on all maternity styles.

I am not sure about the shipping on a return. But you can return it in the store and if you want a different size they will ship the new item to you free.

you are correct. I found this on the website:
Maternity Returns & Exchanges
If you'd like to return or exchange a maternity item, just mail it back to us. Use the pre-paid mailing label attached to your invoice, and we'll pay for shipping.
Maternity Returns are also accepted at all Old Navy stores
