Drink some milk and try to go to sleep right away--- that always helps me (if i can actually get to sleep right away). The milk coats your tummy...

I hope not! I have only had the feeling for a few hours. Stressful day, so I'm thinking it's from that. 
What IS an ulcer anyway? It sounds so grandma-ish!
