ok so dinner was getting boring
so i decided to try something new I took thin sliced boneless chicken cutlets and cut them and put them in a pan then when they were cooked I added 2 green peppers and 2 red peppers and 1 yellow pepper a few cloves of garlic and a yellow onion
and a half a can of tomato sauce(20 calories 1/4cup)
and OMG it was soooooooooo DEEEELICIOUS
and I dont know exactly how many fat grams and calories it is but I am sure its pretty low
