OK possible Dumb clothing question...

I am so sad...today I cleared out Animals drawers and closets and put big grown up girl 12 Month Animal clothes in its placeChat Icon

In the process I have come across two (possibly dumb) questions and thought I would turn to the land of wealth and knowledge...you guysChat Icon

1) What does snug fit mean? I have a few 12 month outfits that Animal looks like a stuffed sausage in and when I looked at the label it says 12 month wear snug fit...what the hell?

2) OK so now I am entering no feetie pajama land...I have a few 12 month no feeties....what do you do? Not put anything on the tootsies or put socks on?

Thanks for any help you can give my tired confused brain

Re: OK possible Dumb clothing question...

I've never seen snug fit clothes! Where are they from? My skinny chicken legs over here could use those!

I know how hard it is. Ava's been in 18month pants and footy pjs for a couple of weeks now. This kid is LONG!
I came across some newborn outfits today when I was cleaning out Ava's dresser at my mom's today, and I thought I was going to cryChat Icon
They're too bigChat Icon

ETA: Duh, I guess I should answer your questions. Ava mostly wears feety pjs still, but the pairs of non-feety ones we put socks on her with, but I make sure to put on socks that pull up to her knees because the first thing she does is rip them off. But whatever, if it doesn't bother her to have cold feet, why should it bother me?
As for the pants, I really am fascinated by this snug fit thing.

I put socks on if there are no feet except in summer and the warm weather, then I don't.

Nothing snug fit would fit my chubba chubba. Chat Icon I have seen it mostly on PJ's, which is to prevent lose fitting clothes which may be more of a fire hazard if they are not flame retardant. Does that makes sense?

And I put a sleep sack on or socks when she doesn't have feeties in her PJ's...

And I hear you on putting away the old clothing. My girl is in 18 month sizes and I just put a few 9 months and 12 month dresses on ebay because they won't fit her this spring Chat Icon

This is what I thought it meant too.
