Ok mommies to be how do you do it....
How do you stay calm and RELAX during this pregnancy especially the first trimester. Im trying to kinda of just forget about it and move forward if you know what i mean but i cant help but analyze and worry. If i could sleep the days away i would cuz i have no problem sleeping. Im just so scared something is gonna happen. I tell myself if it does i cant do anything to prevent it but i just dont want to go through this again. I want to meet my baby! Well thanks for any advice you can give

honestly that feeling never changes this is my fourth pregnancy and I had a miscarriage my first time when I was 12 weeks and I think about it everytime I go through this and all I do is pray that nothing will happen.. And be positive because stressing about it isnt gonna help its only gonna be worse for you and the baby..And just remind yourself because it has happen before does not mean it will again..Keep your mind busy and enjoy being pregnant and looking foward to that precious baby coming into your life..

i have a lot of stress at work and i have been so laxed lately
i just keep telling myself that nothing is as important right now than that little baby inside of me

Im almost 29 weeks and each time I go to the doc I get nervous. The fear never left me. Especially after having had losses before this one. Like I have said before, I wont feel safe until she is married and her husband's responsibility.
