Ok i'm a spaz
Today i got hurt at work, I was carrying something down the stairs and i missed the 4th step and fell on my knees, Thank god i didn't break my foot, Because the way i fell i could've... But tonight i'm hurting!!! I'm a total spaz.. How stupid can i be.

Oh no! Glad you aren't seriously hurt, and don't feel stupid, accidents happen. Once i tripped on a tiny curb and hurled myself foward face first into a cement wall. It wasn't pretty!

Well than most of us must be spazes! I fell down the stairs once in front of all my classmates and their parents. Right down the auditorium stairs during an awards ceremony!!!

Can I give you a little tip?
When walking downstairs with something in your arms that may block your vision, try to walk slightly sideways and look in the direction you're moving. This will make it possible to see in front of you, AND, importantly, the steps, so that you do not miss any. Also, the weight of the objects you're carrying will not pull you forward as you descend.
In the meantime, use Ben-Gay or Sportscreme on your knees. Either works well. Feel better.
