ok I dont go to ww but can you tell me how many calories I should eat a day??

I eat around 1200 calories a dayand I run 25-30 minutes 5-6 times a week.....I am slowly losing weight but I feel like I am not losing enough per wekk......maybe I am not eating the right foods.....can someone tell me what they eat and do for exercise

I don't think your eating enough! For as active as you are you should be eating a lot more!! I eat between 1500-1700 calories when I exercise!!!! If I'm not very active one day I stay between 1300-1400. Try eating 6 small meals a day..its speeds up your metabolism!

I like the goal weight 'rule'

Whatever your goal weight is you multiply it by 10 for your daily calorie intake.. so if your goal weight is 130 then you'd eat 1300 cals/day.

but you're very active! so if you do that, then maybe add another 200-300 to help sustain you for all that cardio

It doesn't sound like you are eating enough! I think you are supposed to aim for 5-6 small meals a day, each one about 300 calories (so you should probably be aiming for 1500-1800 calories a day). Also your workouts might not be effective if you do not have the energy to do them well -- so if you find yourself very tired during your workout you might even want to eat more. And of course, what those calories are matter - don't eat 1500 calories worth of snack bars and processed foods, eat lots of fruit, veggies, whole grains, protein (usually palm sized), etc. and you will probably feel full much faster and it will be healthier that way.

that makes alot of sense...I am trying to add more veggies in my diet
so I made chicken with onions and red,yellow and green peppers last night
tionight I am eating a sweet potato
i just got spinach also so hopefully this helps a little
