OK DOES this happened to anyone else???
Im 21.5 weeks and for the past 2 weeks or so my stomach has been tightening. It gets hard and makes an unusal shape. It happend mostly when i lay down and switch positions, get out of bed or lift something. It does relax again shortly after... Is this a contraction? I feel no pain.......

Absolutely normal. Just make sure that you are hydrating yourself. I had those very early on as well. You are fine just bring it up at your next Dr.'s appointment so they can document.
