ok--be honest***dh's name choice--help!
ok..we know I love Max and Jack for boys..he is not thrilled. Well my dh decided last night he loves loves the name Harley.
I feel bad not giving in somewhat when I expect him to consider my choices.
I do not mind it for a girl.
I can even change it to "Harlee"
he wants it for a boy as well.
so.....what do u think of a boy named Harley? does it sound stupid? BE HONEST...I do not care what people think but with this I need to know how the public will interpret it.
also........my dh has a harley...but whatever....

My friends daughter's name is Harley. I think it is very trendy but cute... Defiantely for a girl not a boy..

My nephew Max (the one I posted about on your other thread), his middle name is Harley  My mom has a Harley, so that's why my sister chose that middle name. Before Harley, it was going to be "danger" LOL
Honestly, I don't like it as a first name for a boy or a girl.

Im thinking the same thing.
He can have it as a middle name..no first name.
I just feel bad I am like demanding max and he gets no consideration, so I had to consider it.
Its hard-it seems all names are taken lately.

reminds me of a motorcycle...not a child. i saw it in a name book and DH thought i made it up.

I don't really like it. But if YOU liked it, that would be another story. You don't sound thrilled with it, so don't feel like you have to cave in because your DH likes it. It's a name your child will have to live with for the rest of their lives, so make sure you like it!

the 12 yr old boy who just robbed my nephew of $3,000 worth of video game equiptment his name is Harley so Inow I dont like the name
I dont like it for a girl either
