ok, another name poll
i think i've won the name battle
My Ella (Ellie) over DH's Lilly!
now we're trying to decide
on middle names.
the first one is my sister's middle name who is mentally retarded however, my niece is Emma Rose and DH is saying that they are way to similar. I think its cute though
the second one is my MIL's maiden name, she was an only child and always wanted to have a girl and name her Kasey. She ended up having 3 boys and never got her way.
the third one i just think is pretty.

I vote Emma Rose...Rose is my middle name and if we were having a  that is what we were making her middle name also! It sounds really pretty with Ella.

I like Ella Rose but I like the the story behind Ella Kase better. I think your MIL would be very honored and it is a good way to definitly get your name with DH.

If we have a girl, we are using my uncle's name (Parker) as a middle name, so I say even though it is a little bit non-traditional, it is a good one!
My friend had a baby girl last week and named her Ella Rose, so that is beautiful too.

I think that Ella Rose and Ella Grace are both very pretty. However, I chose Ella Kase because of the history and because it very is unique.

for this reason, i wouldn't use Rose. it really is too similar

I love Ella Rose but I'm a little biased because that was one of my top choices for a girl. I'm having a  . I don't think you can go wrong with any of the names you mentioned - all sound beautiful.
