Ok- am I forgetting anything...
I called an confirmed tents, waitress, and cotton candy machine...
I have
cold cups
hot cups
forks, knives, spoons
tableclothes
napkins
balloons
soda
juice
(picking up the keg on Firday night)
Cake is ordered
confetti for the tables
Rys b-day hat
Rys b-day sign stuffed animal
all his presents are here (they just need to be wrapped)
chips
pretzels
dip
sour cream for the dip
punch/and champagne
pinanta
candy
During the week, Im getting:
large dog bowls to put chips/pretzels in
Large dog bones- to use as weights for the balloon centerpieces...
sherbert for the punch
good bags/fillers
a case of bottled water
coffee (how much do you think i need to get- 45 people)
I have a feeling Im forgetting stuff....

Do you need things to tie down the tableclothes?
You will need ice - the day of the party
I think you have everything else covered

I was thiking about the table covers as well-
What could I use to keep them down?

Party stores sell clips you can put on the tables to hold them down. We had luau themed ones for our tables.

Sounds like you have everything covered. I will be borrowing the list because Steven's 1st bday party is Sunday and we rushed my mother to the hospital on Monday and she was there most of the week so I am not as organized as I usually am!!!!! Thanks!!!

My FIL got them from a dollar store - I can see which one if you want
