OK - I admit it, I suck - where are we at with May 24?
I'm done with Cailen's party - I have a few weeks now to focus on the May 24 GTG - so where are we at with everything?

I was not sure if I/we could go, but it looks like we can go, so long as we get home in time for DH to goto work (4pm).
I never was 100% until now, so I did not volunteer to bring/do anything. If we can get an updated list, I'll gladly help out!

Absolutely not! It's my fault....my mind is crazed lately as we are getting ready to move to NC in less than two months and I scheduled something else that day.

I just volunteered to make something. (food) If you & Stefanie feel that certain items she originally listed that we need are covered, maybe you could make some kind of a note next to them so that we can focus on other areas-- like the food

I still need to know what to bring - but now DH is saying he might want to do something else that that weekend so I probably won't know if we can go until it gets closer

Do you think it may be easier to have every one give $20 or so and than we can split it up and some goes towards decorations, some towards food, etc. and we can have a different person handling each of those areas. That way we make sure we have everything we need incase someone isnt able to make it that day last minute.

I do not know if that is easier or not. People have already offered to bring most of what we need, I think it will get confusing to change it now. But I am down for whatever....I am really busy at work so if there is to be any changes, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to stay on top of all the posts, etc
I say leave it as is...my other post shows what we still need and who is bringing what

I don't think I'll be able to get entertainment at this point for Memorial day weekend - so it may just be us as the entertainment!
