Oil/Heating Question
I'm new to this owning a home thing so I may have several questions over the next few days (or weeks, months, years ) so please bear with me!
Can you get a service contract without an oil contract? I think I might want to do COD on the oil but still would like to have service done if needed (maintenance, etc.)
Is this possible?
Thanks!
ETA: Also, the sellers said that they filled up the tank and they brought a receipt. When we went to the house last night, DH said that the tank is reading empty and it sounds hollow like it's empty. Any idea what we should/can do? We paid $635 to the sellers for filling it up.

Re: Oil/Heating Question
You can get just a maintenance contract but usually they are cheaper if they are with and oil delivery contract.
As far as the tank. Are you sure the guage isnt broken....they tend to break. If its not broken then I would contact your atty asap.

Re: Oil/Heating Question
Regarding the empty tank, call the company they used to see what is going on.
