Oh well....
My decision would have been the Montorgueil PM, but even with 40% off, it would be irresponsible as well as impossible to spend any money on a bag right now. but man that bag spoke to me... I LOOOVED it... I went to LV in the mall to check it out and fell in love. Little did I know a few minutes later DH would be calling me with the awful news....
The good thing is that it will be around forever, I'm sure. One of these days I will get it - I'll just  that the woman has that awesome connection at the time!!!!!

I know how bad you want that bag but honestly all these things will be around for a while so need to stress over it too much.
If you cannot afford it just don't think about the bag . Focus on the most important things. A bag is just a want not a need KWIM? The day will come when you'll be able to get that bag and maybe that someday is just right around the corner.

Liza, just imagine if you had bought it and get the news afterwards.
Those bags will be around. Maybe not the 40% off but sometimes there is the feeling we cannot miss such a great deal.
I just see it this way. I would love a 40% off a Ferrari. I still can't afford it even "that cheap".
I just try to focus on what I can buy and how I can make it work with all my clothing, etc...

The Ferrari is my way of telling you how I dry to deal with things I can't afford.
DH may lose his job. That has been very stressful but in the end there is nothing we can do but be frugal with everything for "just in case".

I am so sorry, I read about the bad news,
as you said the bag will be around forever( I do know it's not about the bag) I did hear about this website from my cousin , where you can borrow a designer bag for as long as you want, I don't know if it's something that interests you ,but here is the website : bags
