I think this is such a great show. Yes, there some kinks but give them time to work it out.
I remember when Everyone Loves raymond started and it was painful -- I only watched because Ray Romano is a friend of a friend -- and look what happened there?

I work in TV and the ratings are so poor. I think you either love it or hate it. But luckily, there is a chance I've heard through the grapevine that the show could be moved to Bravo and continue airing new episode for 1 yr per contract. Sometimes NBC moves there struggling show to Bravo in hopes to save whatever buzz the program has. They did this with Queer Eye which premiered on NBC with horrible ratings, then moved to Bravo and survived, not anymore, but for a while.
