MATINEE WEDNESDAYS in NYC
keep it moving granny, I don't care if it's your first trip to NY on the bus with your old bitty friends...got outs my way...I am hungry and all your tourist friends are jamming up EVERYTHING...

LOL. I laugh because I used to work in the city and I HATED Wednesdays. Also all the tourists during the holidays. I had to walk past Macy's everyday and everyone was just standing around looking at the windows in their own little world. I really don't miss working in the city but I do feel your pain!!!

oh lordy, I am on 50th and b-way and travel to 1515 Broadway (44th street) quite often...I try and schedule all my meetings on other days...
although it's summer and it's nutso time...

I used to work at Morgan Stanley at 1585 Broadway...You couldn't even get in the building past all of the people at the half price ticket booth!

OMG, PIMP...I had to sidestep the Kentucky HS band with limegreen shirts screaming MUG ME NOW I AM NOT FROM ROUND HERE Y'ALL, 7 Blue haired bitties trying to take a digital pic in front of a homeless guy napping in his own urine (they missed that I guess), and some lovely family that had matching fanny packs for 5...

I saw a herd of "Great Big Gay Band Camp Outing" tees last weekend - it REALLY SAID THAT!!!
They were a group of gay marching band members from Oklahoma walking around Chinatown holding their fanny packs with deathgrips

In front of my building cops on horses tend to congregate - everyone that walks by needs to stop have their friends (who are standing in the middle of the sidewalk) take a pic of them with the horses.
Another pet peeve of being in this area - I get asked if I like comedy every single time I walk out of the buidling.

I got into a serious fight one day with those people. There was a point in time a few years ago where they asked me EVERY SINGLE DAY for weeks. One day I told the girl where to go and her coworker chased me down the street and told me not to talk to her like that. He got an earful as well!!!
