oh geez.
I have had pain/discomfort in the lower abdominal area for a couple days, so I went in for a sono today. Turns out I have 2 hemogeliac (?) cysts- one on each side. The NP explained this as bleeding on the ovary. Plus, several regular cysts on each side and enlarged ovaries. She said to me- "I cannot believe you are sitting here calmly right now". I was instructed to follow these instructions:
No Bending
No Lifting
No Exercising
No standing for a long period of time
No Vacuuming (or scrubbing or anything)
Take Tylenol
Failure to comply could result in twisting of the ovaries- which is just excrutiating pain

I'm sorry you have to deal with this!! Try and take it easy and relax.... I know easier said then done. I hope this gos away fast for you!

OMG - can you breathe. What are you supposed to do?
I guess you are laying down and taking it easy. Drink lots of fluids, I'm a believer in that is helps heal everything, but then it will make you pee.

Just very uncomfortable. I can only take tylenol and rest- it should go away on its own. Thanks for the good thoughts girls
ETA: I don't know why this happened. I guess i'm just lucky
