Offer Made!!! Update
We finally received an offer on our co-op, and it's good!!!
Our realtor needs to check the buyer's credit, etc., so it could still fall through. But it feels good to get an offer, and one pretty close to our list price.
I'm trying not to look at houses yet!
Okay, our realtor asked for a higher amount and the buyer offered us a higher amount. Now if the financial record is good, we can move forward. Still trying not to get too excited, but it's getting harder...
