Offer Accepted!!
Yay! The house went on the market Thursday, we went to see it Saturday , made an offer that afternoon and it was accepted that night!!!!!!!!! We're having the inspection done Tuesday night and hopefully have the contract written up by Friday 
Guess they'll have to cancel their open house for next weekend

Congrats! They won't cancel their open house until the contract is fully executed... both parties signed it and returned to both lawyers. They will just have to tell others that their is an offer of first refusal.
You may want to make sure the contract is overnighted.
