Ocean City, MD

Thinking of a last minute trip to Ocean City in the middle of August. I've seen some available hotels but wanted some recommendations. There was availability in the Princess Royale Hotel. It would be me, my SO, 3 kids...14 yr old girl, 10 yr old, and 7 yr old boy..any recommendations and things to do/see?

We stayed at the Hilton last summer and had a great time. Right on the beach and our room was really nice. We had a full kitchen in our suite.

Re: Ocean City, MD

Heard good things about the Hilton but for our dates they wanted over $600 a night!! That was insane to me for MD lol. We got back last week and ending up staying at Dunes Manor Hotel. It was clean and the staff was really friendly. My son loved the Tea Time every day where they put out tea, cookies and crumpets!! I think it was a few hotels up from the Hilton. The indoor/outdoor pool was very small but we were at the beach every day!

Have you looked into condo rentals? Most of the time they are cheaper than hotels, especially if you're doing a week-long trip. Coldwell Banker is a big rental agency down there.

The one on the water. It is kind of pricey for what it is.
