Obgyn appointment when ur sick
Are we supposed to cancel obgyn appointments when we're sick. I have a sore throat and im a little snifly. I dont feel too sick to go, but I'm wondering If we're expected to reschedule so we don't get any other pregnant women who may be in the office sick... I really want to get my blood pressure checked given some recent issues... Would u still go?

Obgyn appointment when ur sick
I would still go and when I'm there say I haven't been feeling great. They csn give you tips. Just do the typical things to try to avoid getting others sick...cover when you cough, try to sit away from others if possible, etc.

I would still go. It's not like you have the full blown flu. I would just maybe sit away from other pregnant women just in case.

I canceled my NT scan for Tuesday b/c I was REALLY sick. Fever, vomiting, the works. I wouldn't go into the OBs office that sick. For just a little cold you are fine.

I'd go if it's just a cold. If I had a fever I'd reschedule or at least call them ask if they wanted me to still come (since you have other issues going on). Feel better!

I spent two solid months sick and I never missed an appt. Honestly, if I cancelled when I was sick I wouldn't have seen my OB for A LOT of this pregnancy!

My dr office had a sign on the door saying if you are sick or feel like you have the flu please don't come in call back and reschedule
