This is what I would use.
Some sites will give you a slight liberal bend - lots of hearts and flowers and focus on the positive WILL behind the bill.
Some sites will give you a slight conservative bias - lots of dark and gloomy possibilities and MAYBES.
I am at a point where I only trust what I see and then ask lots of questions based on the actual document.

the thomas link takes you to the bill. it is the best way to see exactly what this means, sans interpretation from anyone else.
the healthcare link is a shortened version that also states in a condensed form what the bill does, but there is nothing like reading the original.
