o cramping
My o cramps were actually as bad as af cramps. It was just a bad ache about three inches to the side and one inch down from my belly button. I would get them a day or two before I actually ovulated.

I only felt it on one side, not the other. My pain felt like a sharp cramp on the side.

Mine didnt' feel like cramps in my uterus. It was more of a sharp pain on one side.
