The coupon they sent 25 off 75. Can you still use it on sale items? The email makes it sound like you can, but then the bottom fine print says can't be used on redline etc.

Sale items yes- redline is clearance, and they wont allow it on those.
Also cant be used on citydeals.

I know, confusing and all of this just happened with them, Before you could use coupons on anything!
Ok-redline clearance-tags have a red line through them. Clearance section normally in back of store.
Sale-Buy one/get 50% off or just a percentage off is eligible for coupon
Citydeals-Has a Sign over rack-stating "citydeal" -not eligible.
In the end, just ask the sales girl if you are super confused.
Can you tell I shop there often?

Yep, that's what I was told too. Not good on items ending in 99 cents.
