If you are nursing where do you buy your dresses from?
My sons christening is coming up and I am nursing and not sure where to look for a dress..
TIA

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
I ordered a dress from Expressiva when I had an event to go to. When it arrived I thought it looked more matronly than in the picture and I wound up wearing fancy separates instead. I wore a wrap dress to another event I had, it worked out well.

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
oh dresses are the worst while nursing! For my sons christening I figured what the heck and bought one i liked rather than a good nurisng one..lol It had a zipper so I just unzipped and sat in the car...not a huge deal. spaghetti straps you can just pull down...

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
wrap dress or a v-neck worked for me. For my younger DSs baptism I wore a pencil skirt with a dressy top which worked fine as well.

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
I got one last year around this time at Macy's. It was a wrap dress, great for nursing.

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
I bought a dress that zipped in the back. To nurse him, i went into the ladies room with my mom. It had a stool, so i unzipped and nursed him there.

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
For DD 1 I wore a skirt & a button up top. Dd2 I wore a camisole with s sweater over it
Both were perfect for quick feedings.

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
Where did you ladies buy the wrap dresses? Sounds like they would be the best.
Or like pp said separates.

Re: Nursing and a Dress?
I just look for v-necks in a stretchy fabric and just pull to the side.

Wrap dresses or V-necks that could be pulled aside were my answers as well!
