Nuchal Fold
My doctors office gave me a paper that this sono might not be covered by all insurances, but they scheduled me for an appt without making a big deal about it. Is this something that most insurances cover? I'm going to call anyway but figured I'd consult the experts.

It's most likely covered by your insurance. Drs offices always have you sign forms before they run any test - that prevents them from being responsible for the costs in case anything is not covered by insurance.

This. Mine has always been covered and I've always signed papers about fees. You can call your insurance company in advance to confirm.

Most likely it would be covered. I had to sign this before the NT, CVS and Amnio... I also have to sign one every time I go for an outside sono. Everything is always covered.

As long as there's a medical reason, it's covered. Your basic sonos to look at growth, possible at- risk factors (like the nucfold), position of baby near the end are all covered, as are additional ones should there be a reason or at risk factor.
