nt scan yesterday
and it went great!!! got to watch the baby for 45 minutes on screen bc it kept moving around (and i kept laughing which didnt help things). the measurements looked good so we will start officially announcing 
my question is, the tech noticed a cyst on my left ovary and said it may or may not be normal but shes not a Dr so i would have to speak with my dr. i have an appt in 2 weeks, just wondering if anyone else has the same experience?
Now back to my enjoyable experience at the Katz cneter of LIJ if anyone wants to read more...
yes we had a 1hour 15 minute wait but when you go in there and see how much time they spend on you, you understand (plus they said a tech was out yesterday so they were short staffed). but the technician was so sweet, showing us all the body parts (heres the heart, the arm etc), she even let us listen to the heartbeat  (our dr hasnt done that for us yet).
I didnt know this, but it is possible for your bladder to be TOO full. she took me in and said i had to go pee "halfway" bc the bladder was blocking the view. then she continued and took pics but my bladder was still too full she couldnt see my ovary so when she was done she had me go completely and come back...turns out she got an even better view of the baby when my bladder was empty so she stuck around and took some more photos for us to take home! i thought that we would be rushed (we had their last 6pm appt and didnt get out til 8pm) but she took her time and made sure we had plenty of pics to go home with.
such a great experience...i cant wait for the anatomy scan in 8 weeks

Great news about the NT results!!!!
My friend had a cyst on her ovary that they discovered early in her pregnancy as well. She actually had surgery to remove it in January and she delivered a beautiful healthy baby girl in June. Hers was very large though so the doctor wanted it out. Your doctor will let you know what s/he thinks is the right course of action.
