(NPR) PREGNANCY related
Does anyone remember if they lost their mucous plug what it was like? I had some brown spotting the other day - just once on one day. I was just 36 weeks. Just wondering if that might have been the start of something... or just some random spotting.

i did, it wasn't brown spotting, it was a big piece of sticky, gooey discharge (TMI sorry!) with a slight red color.

I did!!!!! It was gooey and gross. I remember it was brown in color as well (TMI). I went to the doc 2 days later I think (@36 weeks 6 days) and I had lost my Mucous Plug and my water bag was bulging. I had my son that night.
