NPR but need a quick answer! Question about American Express CC
I'm going to apply for an American Express Jet Blue card. Does Amex still operate that you can't carry a balance? I remember that was how it was years ago and then they had the Open card where you could. Can't find the info in the terms and conditions.

credit cards carry balances
charge cards must be paid in full
the blue card is a credit card
