NPR--but just wanted to share some positive news
I've lost 8lbs so far since starting WW 2 weeks ago!
I have a lot more to go, but its a start!
Just felt like sharing...I mean, its *kinda* parenting related because now I will be a better mommy role model for my DD and I was eating before like I was still pregnant
Thanks for reading my totally self-congratulatory post. I have no shame
