NPR: Anyone recommend a daily meditation book?
I am trying to stay calm and positive as I begin a new school year and resume life as a FTWM. I would reallly like something to read every day to keep me focused. I have Until Today and it's really not what I am looking for.

Are you looking for something with actual reading content or are you just looking to sit quietly and relax every day for 15-30 minutes? I have this great app I got on my ipad (also available on my droid) that I listened to every day on the train while TTC and then in the beginning of my pregnancy. It was basically just a guided relaxation and meditation with soothing sounds in the background. Always put me to sleep on the train.
