Now what do I do??

This happens all the time. Once I get in the zone to start exercising i get hurt and cant continue. Last time I had back surgery and today my knees started to hurt. I've never had knee pain before. This hurts and of course I just started the C25K yesterday. Now what? What do you guys do when you get hurt?

I either take a day or 2 off to let my body heal or I do a much easier work out. I don't know how much you were doing before you got hurt or how much pain you are in now but can you just do like a 10 minute walk? Keep yourself moving but don't push yourself too hard. If your body is in pain it means you over did something and you need to let it heal. So go light for a few days and before you know it you'll be fine.

Definitely rest and back to it. You may need a better pair of sneakers too.

I have weak knees so I just wrap it and keep on going. I will do a lower intensity workout until it feels better. But I make sure I stay active so I don't lose my drive.

Do non impact activity. Take a few days off and try swimming it's a great no impact calorie blaster!

Honestly depending on the pain I keep going. My knees have hurt on and off a lot in the past 6 months but they always get better in a day or so. My trainer and I have talked about it and it seems to be muscle pain. No one really thinks about muscles over your knees but they're there.
