Now that was a mistake

I asked DH to go to the store and get me the Oil of Olay Moisturizer..it's $20 and he was pizzed..

ok, I could be using the Lancome stuff for $55!..he called me rockefeller...

never send DH to the store to buy you beauty stuff.

well, it could be worse. YOUR DH could be using it, like MINE. As I am told, it takes $$ for his face to look that goodChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

At least I know he won't complain about my Clinique purchase.

Re: Now that was a mistake

he doesn't realize that I'm buying drug store brands because a lot of the department store brands are much more.

He'll use my concealer sometimes too.

My DH would be the same exact way. He complains about the price of gas when I ask him to drive 1 mile to the ice cream place. Chat Icon

Re: Now that was a mistake

He said for 1.7 oz it shouldn't be $20..I agree..it is what it is..

jeez..it took me a while to find a drug store brand moisturizer I liked..shut up already.

I've stopped going for regular manicures, take breakfast and lunch most days and switched all of my makeup to drug store brands.

He says all of that will have to get cut out once we have a kid..

he's being an azz..

Yup, always buy my own beauty products b/c I don't want to hear it!

They don't get it...but they'll spend $65 on a video game that they'll beat in two weeks and never play again.
