Now that outdoor play season is upon us...
I want to buy some things for our backyard for Joey. He will turn 1 in 4 weeks, so this summer he will be able to do much more than just lay on a blanket on the grass like he did last summer. I ordered a cute kiddie pool from One Step Ahead, but I also want to get a water table, maybe a push car or a wagon, and a swing. Not a whole set, he's too young, but a swing that you can attach to a tree. What do you ladies have that your 1 yr olds enjoyed? TIA

dd is about the same age as your dc. I'm wondering the same thing! i bought a pool last summer but we didn't use it so i have that at least. I'm thinking of a push car and maybe the little tykes swing along castle, which has a slide and a baby swing!

We have, the water table (best summer toy), kiddie pool (for the days that we did not go to the big pool), small soccer ball, bath toys that we used in the kiddie pool, and a small slide that the kids love.

Do you think 1 is too young for a water table? I am going to Toys R Us tomorrow and hopefully I will be able to pick up a few things. I found a cute Little Tikes swing I will probably get, and if I do get the water table, probably this step 2 one I found.
