My half a PB&J and rice cakes for lunch are NOT cutting it!
The salad, black raspberries and handful of baked chips didn't do well with me either. I guess my body needs to work on this.
Maybe I should bring PB and rice cakes for a snack? banana and PB? Almonds bore me now b/c I ate them allllllll the time when pregnant.
I read that cucumbers are suppose to wake you up during the day which I why I brought them, however. . .so not filling.

filling snacks for me are banana and peanut butter, hummus and veggies, triscuits and light cheese

Steve's been making me trail mix from Whole Foods:
roasted almonds walnuts peanuts sunflower seeds raisins and a handful of dark chocolate chips
i put it into little snack baggies (about 1/3 cup) and that is SO filling! I eat it around 1:00 and I'm good for at least 3 hours.
