Now I think I've seen it all....
I'm walking the dog this morning, and right in front of me...a woman in her mid-20's....wearing a t-shirt (little longer, past her hips) in gray and white...wearing black panty hose (not tights) and white flats.
I'm wondering if she forgot to put her pants, skirt, shorts, skort on....
Never in my life would I have EVER thought someone would think it's "fashion fwd" to walk around in pantyhose and a long t-shirt (but NOT that long b/c I could see the part of the pantyhose where it's thicker / ie: HER CROTCH!)

We saw something VERY similar while on vacation.
This girl was wearing a white button down shirt, dark stockings (but you could see her GREEN underwear through them) and flats.
I think she thought they were legging pants instead of stocking leggings. She did keep hiking her shirt DOWN so I don't think she meant it. The girl you saw?
