nothing to announce yet but i have a question about...
what to eat and not eat while pregnant. i know i asked this before and i cant find the post anyway what i want to know is things that are labeled fat free and low fat are they ok to eat? do they have additives? i always eat fat free yogurt can i still eat that when i get pregnant? also whata boutthings like WW frozen meals and slim fast bars?

Fat free yogurt has artificial sweetners, which are not good to have.

no artificial sweetners, the only one that *might* be ok is Splenda, but ask a Dr.
no alcohol, no raw fish, only certain kinds of fish are ok because of mercury levels.
I was told cold cuts, hot dogs, caffeine, are ok in moderation.
