I bumped into a woman who has an office on my floor, who I don't see often and she said to me:
'WOW... did you lose a ton of weight or something?'
I've been getting *similar* comments lately from people who I haven't seen in a while...(that I look like I lost weight)
YES... I lost 10 pounds and kept it off for months....I can't seem to lose any more...but I am finally happy and comfortable.. I'm 138 now and 5'10" but
WOW.... did I really look THAT MUCH BIGGER???

congrats on the weight loss - and keeping it off! I've gotten comments like that but I think it is because my face looks thinner

Im 5'11 and about 155 - I guess I have work to do!!
TECHNICALLY I'm like 5' 9 & almost 3/4... but I say 5' 10" b/c it's easier () but...I have a very small frame... I've been *skinny* all my life... pretty much heroin skinny... very sickly, waif-like...It wasn't until I had my son that I filled out a little bit... I WAS blessed with an arse though...but little boobs, teeny calves..you know... olive oil-like
I don't want to be skinny skinny again (the way I was before my son,) but even at 148, it didn't sit well on my body, KWIM?
I don't want to lose any more weight... just tone up now... I wanted to get to 135... but 138 feels good... I know what my normal weight should BE... but for my body frame, it just looks wrong & feels awful... clothes etc.

I agree. I was VERY skinny my whole life too - played lots of sports. BUt I had a bad accident 10 years ago and I am no longer able to do alot of the things I used to do - my workouts are very limited as well. I went down to about 143 for my wedding doing Weight Watchers, but everyone told me I looked sickly!! lol I want to lose 10 lbs now and go down to around 148 or so. DH gets mad about it though!! lol. I have an arse too!! lol
