not sure where to post this... Party City
if i buy regular balloons at Party City, can they blow them up with helium for me? do you think they'll charge for that?

Yes they will blow them up for you but they will charge you. I did this for my sisters baby shower, I think it was $12.99 for a dozen balloons to be blown up

They have a whole section (bins) of different color balloons. You pay for the balloons and they will blow them up for you.

thanks! i bought decorations there for a friend's baby shower this weekend and i bought a bag of balloons and ribbon. brought them home and told DH about what i bought and he pointed out that balloons will not stay in the air without helium.... i didnt realize this when i bought them lol. so i guess i'll bring them there with my receipt the morning of the shower and see if they can blow them up and tie them for me.
