Not good news....
After my progesterone check, it's official--I didn't O this cycle after all. 
I'm so upset. I told my RE that I got my first peak reading ever on the CBEFM. She thinks that the Metformin is definitely doing what it's supposed to, but that it sounds like my high TSH level is preventing me from ovulating.
So, the good news is, she seems happy that I'm getting the surge. She also wants me to hold on the Clomid until my TSH is back below 3.
It just stinks, because I thought we were actually getting somewhere.

I am so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. Just continue to be positive - you (and I!!) are definitely headed in the right direction with the metformin.....

Sorry...I just had a consult yetsreday with a Dr who said if your thyroid is not in check you will not get PG. Are yuou seeing an endocrinologist who specializes in fertility? Hav eyou considered Eastern Medicine? Like acupuncture? Good luck...it will happen for you.
