Northport Farmer's Market?
Is it good? Do they have a lot of organic produce? I go to the Huntington farmer's market from time to time, but I feel like there isn't much produce.
I was thinking of taking a ride this am to Northport when DD wakes up. it's over at 1. If I go around 11:30 will I have missed all the good stuff?

I know I am a little late for you but...
I like the Northport farmers market. The only organic produce is from Sang Lee Farms. Not a ton, but there is usually a decent selection.
I feel like it's busier than Huntington and I liked it a lot. My DH didn't want to come with me but we really enjoyed it. We brought DD and made a morning out of it. One of the farms sells fresh donuts and we went sat on a bench on the water and hung out.
When we left he said we should make this a regular saturday morning event!

They're open 9 to 1. I didn't end up going because DD napped longer than I expected. I hope to get there next week.

If you are looking for great organic produce I would check out Makinajian Farms in the Elwood/East Northport area!
