Northern BLVD by Dougaston and Cross Island
What on earth are they doing over there across from the wildlife place. For 3 years, I have been driving by that spot. What are they doing?

Expanding Northern Blvd., building an office building and extending the on/off ramp.

I actually know. I work for the environmental consulting company spearheading the job. And my DH works right there in Bayside, so he drives by it every day to give me reports 
It's drainage issues, they installed a new drainage system under 25A, and the CIP and put in a huge retention basin underneath... It's hard to explain, but that's the gist of it.
