Nordstrom Rocks....PSA re Marc Jacobs Bag
My husband bought me a beautiful Marc by Marc Jacobs bag in 1/09. I didnt start using it until 9/09 and by last month the handle was really torn.
I brought it to Nordstrom (no receipt) and they sent it to MJ who couldnt fix it and the in store person couldnt fix it either.
They returned it and now $487 is back on the credit card DH used.
Their customer service is amazing!!!
