Nordstrom Return Policy
Is anyone familiar?
I ordered a pair of shoes off the website and I wore them and they feel really poorly made. Any idea if I can send them back? There's a postage paid label but I don't know if they will take them back because I wore them once.

you can return them. I have a pair of shoes I bought wore them the other day for three hours and they cut my feet so so bad. I emailed them and told them and they said to bring them back to the store with the receipt to return them.
I'm sure if you stick them back in the box with the return label and packing slip if needed with reason you should be fine. if anything, send them an email and ask what you need to include in the box but you shouldn't have a problem.

They actually have an incredible return policy!!
I was once in the bags section when I saw someone bring in a Burberry bag she bought from there and it was all stained... She said she bought it a few years ago. They exchanged it for a new one!!  My DH said I should only get bags from there from now on!!

YES!!! As long as the tag has the little Nordstrom sticker w/ the bar code. That acts like a receipt. I've taken stuff back a year to two later that DD has never worn w/out a problem.
