NON election related...Stiff necks anyone get them?
What is the cause of them? I got one before I went to bed last night. NO clue why I get them often. Anything I can do to prevent this??

could be stress related.
take some advil and use a heating pad.
those selfheating thermacare pads are great!
also, chiropractors work wonders!

Ugh, I get these from stress. Then my muscles get so tense that they press on my nerves and lead to a neuralgia attack. So painful. The two things that work are heat and Aleve.

Before you went to bed? My guess would be poor posture while sitting and standing. I get a wicked stiff neck if I sit at our computer desk too long. You might be hunching your shoulders.
