Noggin
When did your child start watching Noggin? What shows do you reccommend? DD is almost 7 months.
Thanks!

Re: Noggin
My older son was about 3 months old when I started to put on Noggin. At that age he "enjoyed" Maisy and Miffy. I guess the colors and simplicity of it was what interested him. Now that he's 4.5 years old, I can honestly say he loves it all... Blue's Clues Pinky Dinky Doo Lazy Town He loves every show but not thrilled with 64 Zoo Lane.
On the other hand, my second DS was days old when he started watching Noggin...due to his older brother's viewing. I see no harm...it's educational, visually stimulating and some of those shows are just downright adorable!

Re: Noggin
Jared started watching Noggin around 3 -4 months. Whatever was on, he watched. His favorites are Jack's Big Music Show, Blue's Clues and Oobie.

Re: Noggin
We didn't start any TV until Christopher was about 7 months and he didn't officially enjoy the shows until a couple of months after that. Then again, he has a short attention span . Right now, he's a year old and enjoys Jacks Big Music Show, Pinky Dinky Doo, and Dora the Explorer. He likes others, but those are his favorites.

Re: Noggin
JACK'S BIG MUSIC SHOW is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!
Emily loves to watch noggin now at 9 months, but only gets to when we go to granddad's since we don't have it here in the apartment.
Connie the Cow is awesome too.

Re: Noggin
We are big fans of Jack's Big Music Show here. My daughter also just loves Moose A Moose in general. But we have every Jack episode on TIVO.

Re: Noggin
You know what other show we absolutely LOVE, but it's on at such a bad time that we barely get to see it? Oswald! It's so cute!

You made me think of this for some reason. If you have Cablevision and you go to the On Demand, then go to the free On Demand section, you can view episodes of Noggin and Nick shows. Very nice when there's something on that we don't like

Re: Noggin
Moosa A. Moose and Zee is Jacob's favorite.( I wish they had merchandise out because that is what I would have done as a theme)
He likes- Blues CLues, Franklin, Jack's Big Music Show..
Personally, I hate Oobie, ( I hate that they don't talk in sentences, and is wrong for language development) but Jacob likes it when I forget to change the channel
