No more sleeping on the couch with me!
OK, so I saw a friend today that knows someone who killed their DC by rolling over them in their sleep!  That's my greatest fear!
No more falling asleep on the couch for day naps either I'm awake the whole time or nothing - so it's to the crib he goes!

I work in an ER and in 3 years have seen something like that 4 times!!!! (one time Dad fell asleep holding baby on the couch and baby slipped between couch and the dad's side and suffocated, the other times were in bed)
IMO, after seeing that only 1 time you would never think twice about doing it again.

One of the girls I went to Lamaze with works in the ER and she said that a couple brought in a baby that had gotten suffocated on the couch when Dad fell esleep with him, and she told us how devistate the family was over it. Honestly I could have fallen esleep any number of nights when she was up all night hysterically. Thank God nothing every happened!
